These terms govern your use of SteadyBeast (the app and steadybeast.ai), operated by Vibe Code Beast Inc. By creating an account or using SteadyBeast, you agree to them.
SteadyBeast is not medical care. It is a coaching and self-tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment; it is not a doctor, therapist, or addiction-treatment program; and it must never be used in place of professional care or emergency services. Educational information in the app (including Truth Scan receipts and Steady's responses) may be incomplete or inaccurate and must not be relied on for health decisions. If you are in crisis, call or text 988, or call 911 in an emergency.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use SteadyBeast.
Your account
Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time in the app, which permanently erases your data.
Acceptable use
- Use SteadyBeast only for your own personal, non-commercial wellness tracking.
- Do not attempt to probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
- Do not use the service to harm yourself or others, or for any unlawful purpose.
AI-generated content
Steady's coaching replies and Truth Scan receipts are generated by artificial intelligence based on the information you provide. They are educational and motivational in nature, can be wrong (including product identification and strength estimates), and always require your own judgment. Verify printed label information before relying on it.
Subscriptions
If you purchase a membership, billing is handled by Apple or Google through your app-store account, and their refund policies apply. Prices are shown before purchase. You can cancel anytime through your app-store subscription settings; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Intellectual property
SteadyBeast, its design, brand, and content are owned by Vibe Code Beast Inc. Your data is yours; you grant us the limited license needed to operate the service for you.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
SteadyBeast is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe Code Beast Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for decisions you make in reliance on the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using SteadyBeast and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
