Privacy Policy

SteadyBeast ("we", "us") is operated by Vibe Code Beast Inc. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you keep. The short version: your data exists to power your own coaching, we don't sell it, and you can export or permanently delete all of it at any time, in the app.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and a hashed password (we can never see the password itself).
- Self-reported wellness data: the entries you choose to log — substance use (such as nicotine, cannabis, alcohol, caffeine), meals, exercise, mood, sleep, notes about triggers, and protocol progress. This is sensitive data, and logging any of it is always your choice.
- Optional profile details: name, identity line, and optional body information (age, weight, height, gender in your own words) if you provide them.
- Coach conversations: messages you exchange with Steady, retained so your coach has continuity.
- Truth Scan: photos you submit are analyzed to produce your chemical receipt and are not stored — we keep only the resulting text receipt.
- Technical basics: standard server logs (IP address, timestamps) for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To run the product: your Stability Score, baseline timeline, protocol, and coaching are computed from your own entries.
- To personalize coaching: your logged data, profile, and optional body details are provided to our AI processor to generate Steady's responses and Truth Scan receipts for you.
- To keep the service safe and reliable.
What we never do: we do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not use your sensitive wellness data for ad targeting. Ever.
Who processes your data
We use a small set of infrastructure providers to run SteadyBeast, each processing data only to provide the service: Railway (application and database hosting), Anthropic (AI processing for Steady and Truth Scan; API data is not used to train their models per their commercial terms), and Cloudflare (website and network infrastructure). Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
Your controls
- Export: request a complete copy of your data from the app at any time.
- Delete: permanently delete your account and all associated data from the app (You → Delete account & all data). This is immediate and irreversible.
- Correct: edit your profile details any time.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your data is removed from our production database immediately, and from routine backups as they expire.
Age
SteadyBeast is for adults. You must be 18 or older to create an account. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we will delete it.
Not medical care
SteadyBeast is a coaching and self-tracking tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you in the app before they take effect.
